2.Please send me your product catalog.
Due to the wide variety of toys we have, we do not have a complete product catalog.
But you can:

B. We are happy to recommend products based on your specific needs. But we need you to share your detailed requirements, such as toy types, age requirements, or any other preferences, and we will develop a partial product catalog that meets your requirements.

3. Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, our products do have a minimum order quantity (MOQ), which depends on the “Item No.” you choose. Different products will have different MOQs. Once you have selected the specific product, we will confirm the MOQ for each item.
Meanwhile, if you need to customize a new product, we are also willing to discuss your quantity requirements and find the most suitable solution for you.

4. What is the lead time?
Delivery time depends on the product and order quantity. Usually, our standard delivery cycle is 0 to 4 weeks. Once you confirm the specific products and order quantities, we will confirm the accurate delivery time for each product for you.
For customized products, additional time may be required. To provide you with a more accurate estimate, please share your specific requirements and our sales team will be happy to assist you.

In addition, we also have ISO9001, ISO14001 certificate and BSCI factory inspection report. If you need them, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them.
For specific certification requirements in some countries, even if we do not have them, we will fully cooperate with customers to complete product testing and certification.

7.Can you purchase products from other factories?
Yes, we have agency procurement services and can purchase products from other factories according to your specific requirements.
